Schlossgold looks like beer, tastes like beer and its whole appearance conveys the feeling of a real beer experience. Like all beers Schlossgold is brewed with hops, barley malt and water. The secret behind Schlossgold’s true beer taste and true beer appeal lies in a special brewing process, the so called “Kältekontaktverfahren”. The key element of this process is to stop the fermentation by cooling down to temperatures of around 0°C when the desired content of alcohol is reached.

The result is a golden yellow non-alcoholic beer with a slim body, a creamy head and a slightly bitter after-taste.
